[Construction slated near and on Churchill avenue]

So we have just learned that the massive infrastructure project slated on our Street is about to take effect. Our Avenue is approx 3 km long, and it can take some time before we see it DEPEDING on which end they start . The moment we see where they start, SP will in effect also change its hours in order to accomodate our clients. We know as is , its occassionally tough to park in our busy area of the city. During those time , it will be nearly impossible, so this is why we will change our access hours . IN MANY WAYS, THESE NEW HOURS WILL MAKE US MORE ACCESSIBLE TO OUR PUBLIC.

Here are some of the things to look out for , and we will have more details for you as we nail them down.

* We will be acccessable and open till the evening hours, often till 9 oclock and even beyond ( Thursday and Friday ) , details to be made public

* We will be accessable also by appointment, espescially at night

* We will have special instructions on our website AND our front WINDOW and DOOR as how to gain access to us during these time.

* We will have extended hours on Saturday

* Deliveries will change either to Saturday or early week.

* We will have a great many events that are planned by either RSVP or open invite.

* Depending on our summer hours, and when they show up, we will make special arrangements for those times

* These arrangements can change how we operate in a substantially FUN way, so much so that we might not be able to change the hours back

*** This will not affect how our clients ( new and old ) can access us. Remember that we run these hours ANYWAY at all times, so what seems like massive changes from the public perception, this barely changes things for us here . We work late into these hours anyway nearly ALL year long. You think being #1 in Ottawa is easy for us , think again. But we like to run our business like this , hard core guys , hard core !

*** Because of security concerns, and for those that plan on seeing us after 7 pm, you will be asked to knock before you access the shop.

*** OUR private clients will be communicated with with the next few short weeks, as these hours will concern them as well.

*** Opening hours to be decided and made public.

We do this not because it will be fun, but the way we see this is this way, it will be more fun to shop, we WILL make it so. And this will be more fun for us as well. We have come up with ways to actually raise the bar with making audio like it used to. Special seminars, comparison show , musical evening, and yes maybe even on Saturday come Xmas times and at other times as well. Actually not something new at all, but look out for a whole new list of activities on our new evening hours. We might actually see some Sunday hours on selected months.

Unless you folks tell us otherwise and to stay put, then expect us to at least try to make your life easier for you all. And this is why we are the best , not just because we are good, but because we care about how and what our clients think . By making this easier for you, we also make it easier for us.
